Add the payments to be collected using mobile responsive UI or bulk upload records using excel. For each record, Round Infinity will automatically generate invoice & send payment link to the customer. The customer can simply click on the secured link & make the payment.
Allow customers to make payments using secured links
Customers are sent a secured payment link of the self-service portal for making the payment. Using the self-service portal, customers can view past payments history, collaborate on payment requests, etc.
Configure auto-send of payment reminders
Easily configure in the application how frequently you would like to send reminders for pending payments. Accordingly, the system will auto-send reminders for upcoming & overdue payments. The reminders contain a secured payment link, which users can use to make the payment.
