Conditional Approval Workflows
Standard contracts on approved clause positions route straight to e-signature. Approval steps trigger only when needed: high deal value, non-standard clause deviations, or customer paper. SLA timers escalate if approvers are unresponsive. Routine deals never sit in a legal queue.
E-Signature & Version-Controlled Repository
